What is Wicca? So many people ask this question. This section gives a detailed
description of Wicca. What Wicca is, where it came from, and the different types of
Wicca. A must read for anyone who is interested in Wicca.
Like every belief system, Wicca has a very colourful history, and like any history, it can
assist people in the present to further understand the faith. Like the section
above, this is a must read.
Where would the world be without Ethics of some kind. This section explain the
Wiccan ethics, including the Wiccan Rede, and how they are important in today fast and
furious lifestyle. If you are interested in Wicca, or have been practising the faith
for some time, this section is always a good read.
The Wiccan Rede is the Law by which all Wicca should live.
Some people choose to focus on a certain aspect of the Rede each week, meditating and
living that lesson before moving to the next. This is something that only you can
choose. The Rede is also in my opinion the most beautiful poem ever written.
The Creed is also like an ethic statement for Wiccans. Very similar to the Rede.

The 4 elements (Air, Fire, Water and Earth) are the 4 cornerstones
of the Wiccan faith. Without one of these 4, there is no balance, and life cannot

Some Witches use tools to aide them in their spell casting and
meditation. I myself do not use tools, as I feel I do not need them to be a Wiccan.

some of the things that Wendy and I have collected over the past few weeks. Most
Witches have a Book of Shadows in which the keep information important to them.
Candle are used by Wiccans/Witches for a vast number of uses.
Candles can be used to light the room, bring peace and assist in spell casting.
Different coloured candles are used for different aspects of ones life.
Herbs are used by Wiccans/Witches for numerous reasons.
Herbs have great healing powers, and have been used by many cultures for centuries to aide
in the healing of illnesses from colds and flues, through to cancer. There are many
different things that Wicans/Witches do with Herbs, including: burning them, eating them,
or annointing them and offering them as a gift to the God and Goddess.
Gems and Minerals have great importance to Wicca. Many
Wiccans have a crystal (or many) that they may wear with them, have on their alter, or
have placed in certain places to ensure an even flow of energy. On this page are a

Many people ask "what is an Aura?". An Aura is the
energy field that all things have around them. Some people can see Aura's.
When people see Aura's, it is like a light surrounding the person, creature or
object. Different colours represent different aspects of that persons current mood.

Meditation is an important part of Wicca/Witchcraft.
Meditating is the state where one is at peace with all surroundings and generally is
talking to the God/Goddess. There are many different ways of meditating. Each
person will find that there is a certain way that suits them. This page offfers

mode into that state of mind where all things are beautiful, and what meditation can do
for some people.
